📋 How the Branded Edition Works
Purchase and Complete Your Intake Form
After checkout you will receive your intake form to share your brand colors, fonts, and business details with the Course Media Studio team. Your Success Account Manager will schedule your orientation session.
Orientation Session with Your Success Account Manager
Meet with your dedicated Success Account Manager to walk through your brand identity, delivery preferences (HL Snapshot or Agency Admin access), and confirm your course platform setup.
First Course Branding and Approval - Required
Course Media Studio will brand your first course. You must review and approve the design before our team proceeds with the full library. This approval locks in your brand format for all future courses and ensures consistency across your entire library. Setup is not complete until the first course is approved.
Full Library Production Begins
Once your first course is approved, our team gets to work on the rest of your library right away. Setup and initial delivery takes 30 to 60 days depending on the time taken to complete the first course approval process.
Delivery and Go Live
Courses are delivered via HL Snapshot for direct import or added directly to your HighLevel membership area by your Success Account Manager. Not on HighLevel? A Google Worksheet with all asset download links will be provided.
Monthly Updates and New Course Additions
Your account is managed monthly. As new courses are added to the Course 27 library, your branded version is produced and delivered. Your annual renewal keeps everything current and growing.

The Course 27 Branded Edition is designed specifically as a courtesy service for HighLevel Software Agencies and SaaS Agencies. Our team manages and delivers all HighLevel Software feature courses and Business Growth courses directly through HighLevel.
Two delivery options for HighLevel users:
- HL Snapshot - a snapshot is provided for you to import directly into your HighLevel account
- Agency Admin Course Membership Access - your Success Account Manager is granted access to your HL membership area to add, update, and manage course content directly on your behalf
Not using HighLevel? A Google Worksheet with all course asset download links will be provided. Please note: we do not manage, load, or configure content on any other course platform.

Video Content - Important:

Brand Change Policy:
- If you wish to change course covers, brand colors, or overall branding at any time after approval, a new setup fee will apply
- Each full rebrand of the course system requires a new setup fee - this ensures consistency and protects the integrity of your library
- Minor updates and lesson additions are included in your annual renewal

Course 27 built the courses - Course Media Studio rebrands the covers, materials, and graphics to your business identity. Your entire library - HighLevel Software training, Business Growth courses, and Fast Track lessons - delivered to your HighLevel system and kept up to date monthly. Setup fee of $4,995 is due at purchase and includes your first year. Annual renewal of $1,200 is invoiced starting year two with no automatic billing. A 30-day renewal reminder will be sent before your anniversary date. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges after purchase.
